Who are we?

The lawyer behind Melbourne Injury Lawyers is Katherine Wilson. Kathy has over 20 years experience working as a lawyer for injured people.

She is accredited by the Victorian Law Institute as a Specialist in Personal Injuries Law. Kathy's expertise was recognised by the Victorian Government when she was appointed to the WorkCover Legal Liaison Group to represent injured workers and improve their rights.

Kathy is a past state secretary of the Victorian Branch of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, an association of lawyers and other professionals dedicated to the protection and promotion of justice, freedom and the rights of the individual.

Kathy is regularly asked to speak at seminars to pass on her expertise to other personal injury lawyers.

Since 1995 Kathy has successfully resolved more than 700 claims for injured people. She has had extensive experience acting for union members and advising union organisers and officials about worker's rights.
